We service cabins, homes, businesses, and institutions, such as restaurants, schools, grocery stores, hospitals, food processing plants, warehouses, malls, airports, and more. Most of our work is year 'round on a contract basis focusing on prevention and a process known as Integrated Pest Management, or IPM. Through thorough inspections and good IPM, you'll keep your customers happy and develop a relationship with them.
Our training process is One On One with the co-founder, Harold Leyse, in a classroom setting. At the conclusion of the classroom training, you'll become licensed through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (and Wisconsin if you'll service accounts in Wisconsin) and move into your Field Training with a Service Manager.
ADAM'S will continue to train you in our Monthly Training Meetings and will send you to University of Minnesota's Conference each spring. We also encourage you, and will give you a significant monetary incentive to take, complete, and pass Purdue University's Pest Control Technology course. With experience, we'll make other courses available to you too. ADAM'S will also provide you with industry journals, company communication, and its leaders will attend other conferences and bring back the latest and greatest products and techniques, so you stay several steps ahead of the competition.

Even though Adam's Pest Control's main office is located in Medina, MN, a Twin Cities suburb, our approximately 40 licensed personnel largely operate out of their trucks, from their homes throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, so they can operate closer to their customers for better response time and more efficient service delivery. If you want to work for Adam's, fill out this form. Thanks!
