Drain Service
Adam's uses good bacteria to help clean floor drains and service drains in order to reduce the breeding sites of fruit flies and drain flies, reduce foul drain odors, reduce the chances of backups, and improve slow moving drains.
The picture on the right shows what is called a "Sugar Snake". It came from a drain line, starting at a pop gun holster and leading to a floor drain. These slow moving drains can fill it with these sugar snakes (this particular one had the short one leading to an elbow in the line, and then a 5' long one leading to the drain). These sugar snakes, and service drains in general, can be an excellent site for fruit flies and drain flies to lay their eggs, and for the larvae (maggots) to feed. Fortunately Adam's bacteria eats this organic build up and converts it into water and carbon dioxide.
