Chairman of the Board, Harold Leyse Harold began his pest control career in 1964 when he joined a large regional pest control company. In 1971, Harold and Don Hanson, decided to start Adam's Pest Control. ADAM'S has grown every year since, by virtue of references and a reputation that is unsurpassed. Harold is well respected throughout the state and the nation. He has been recognized as a member of the Minnesota Pest Control Association by his induction into their Hall of Fame and was recognized in 1993 by a national award--the PCT/Zeneca Leadership Award.

President, Todd Leyse Todd, Harold's son, grew up around the business and joined ADAM'S after working for Honeywell and Rosemount Measurement in their Computer Support departments. He brings his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and his business administration background to ADAM'S. Todd has an Entomology Certification from Purdue University. He works at keeping costs down and maintaining effective communications with employees and customers.

Steve Denison Steve has over 17 years of experience in the pest control industry and was a branch manager for the largest pest control company for many years. He attended Purdue University and brings with him an attention to detail, assuring the highest quality service for our customers. Steve is also a past president of the Minnesota Pest Management Association

Manager, Duane Leisinger Duane joined ADAM'S in 2003 and brought with him 3 years of experience. Since joining ADAM'S, Duane has added to his experience and certification and has become a very good problem solver! He supervises several Service Technicians. If you've got a problem, he's our company aspirin!

Manager, Chris Garcia Chris joined ADAM'S in 2005 and brought with him 8 years of experience, all types of homes and facilities, including those inspected by AIB and others. Chris has some college experience and sales training. He supervises mostly the Southern Metro and beyond and is very active in our monthly company training meetings.

Manager, Eric Sauber Eric joined ADAM'S in 2006 and brought with him 4 years of experience. Eric was promoted to Area Manager in 2008 after showing us his positive, can do attitude and willingness to work hard to solve his customer's pest problems. Eric supervises mostly the Home Specialists and is very helpful at our monthly training meetings. |

Account
Partner, Nathan Heider Nathan joined ADAM'S in 2004, having worked for another pest management firm who was in the process of being sold to a very large company. He enjoys working in a smaller company environment and wears many hats for us. His primary concern is to solve bed bugs, often using heat to kill. Nate also is an account partner for us, meaning he partners with many of our larger customers to ensure we are delivering the solutions they need. |

Mike Rogers Mike came to ADAM'S in 1981 after years of experience in pest control, servicing Western Minnesota. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. He has an Entomology Certification from Purdue University and a Master’s License in Pest Control. Mike makes sure that the technicians have all the knowledge and information needed to bring you the highest level of service. With Mike, and his years of practical experience, our customers receive a valuable service--the ability to speak directly with, and have questions answered by, a knowledgeable experienced technician without having to leave a message. |

Patty joined ADAM'S in 1982, and along with Andrea, daughter of co-founder Harold Leyse, anchor the office staff.
