ADAM'S provide pest control, pest elimination, and pest prevention in Minneapolis, St. Paul, the Twin Cities, greater Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We have a second office to support the Brainerd Lakes area, and staff in Duluth and Rochester too. One Time Pest Control Service

Our one time Pest Control service is designed to deal with an existing pest in your home or business, without ongoing agreements.

Premier Home Pest Prevention Service

This customizable program focuses on pest solutions, followed by pest prevention. This is typically a quarterly program, although it can be modified to fit your needs and schedule.

Multi-Housing

Whether a duplex, quad, small apartment, apartment with onsite management, large complexes, high rises, condos, town homes, associations, or dorms, ADAM'S Prevention Plus program is well suited to not only deal with pest problems, but to focus on preventing them, so you don't get the calls, nor the trip charges. Included is ADAM'S exclusive Fall Housing Inspection Report which helps your staff seal things out, again, in the name of prevention and good IPM.

Food Processing, Warehouse, and Handling

We are confortable and experienced with the requirements of keeping our food supply safe, as well as the rigors of third party, customer, and internal audits.

Bed Bug Treatment

Either Conventional (with pesticides) or with Heat (little or no pesticides). These difficult to control pests, have become a lot easier for Adam's because we do a lot of this work, having dedicated technicians who do this work almost every day. This is a rapidly changing field as the industry works hard to catch up to these bugs where were almost non-existent in the U.S. for 40 years, but are growing exponentially each year in our area.

Heat Treatment

Wildlife Management

For a variety of animals, including squirrels, woodchucks, raccoons, skunks, and more.

Mosquito Treatment

Adam's offers multiple treatments for mosquitoes, including one time mosquito treatments for weddings, graduations, and other special events like festivals, ongoing barrier treatments, misting systems for cabins, and misting systems for homes. Bat Exclusion

Bats hibernate or migrate, but return to the same places they call "home". We seal these environmentally friendly creatures out of your home or building and guarantee it.

Bird Exclusion

Most birds are protected so we have a variety of proven solutions that include netting, spikes, wires, coils, sounds, and more to keep swallows, pigeons, sparrows, starlings, and more away from your structure or sign.

Fumigation

We are experienced to handle this work, should you need it, whether in a trailer, container, rail car, ship, part or whole building, a small artifact, or a few objects.

Weed Sterilization

Structural Repair

Good Integrated Pest Management includes exclusion and habitat reduction, and ADAM'S can perform many of these repairs, including sealing holes, thresholds, weather striping, chimney caps, and more.

Leaf Defier for your Gutters

Not only are leaves and branches clogging your gutters bad for your gutters and shingles, but the standing water and decaying organic matter can be a breeding site for a variety of pests. Fortunately there is Leaf Defier and ADAM'S.

Insect Light Traps (ILT)

A great way to catch flies and other flying insects to protect your restaurant, casino, food plant, medical facility and more, as part of a good Integrated Pest Management program. It is important to change lamps at least once per year to maximize effectiveness. ADAM'S typically leases or sells (less expensive over 2 years) the Gilbert line of ILT's (leaders in the industry), however we can get and/or service many other brands.

Mattress and Box Spring Covers

At the time of this writing, there are about 7 brands that claim they are good on bed bugs, but we only carry what we believe to the be the best. Even living bed bugs sealed inside cannot bite through it, cannot escape through the zipper teeth, and the zipper has a patented zipper stop so it doesn't allow bed bugs to escape when the zipper backs up even 1 tooth.
